Inspiration: Kawaii Stickers

I love kawaii and it's a big inspiration to me. I ordered these cute kawaii stickers last Friday from an online Kawaii shop and they came today. I found out about the kawaii shop through someone's blog awhile ago (I can't remember what blog sorry). They have so much cute stuff on their website it was so hard choosing a few items. If you love kawaii and collecting all sorts of cute items you can find them at Shopkawaii.com

Birthday Giraffe

Hi all! Sorry for neglecting my blog once again. I'm currently working on an activity book and it's keeping me very busy. I wanted to share with my giraffe digital doodle along with the painted version. Last night I decided to take a break and play around with some paint for fun. I decided not to sketch it out first on to paper and just go for it with the paint. I'm a beginner when it come to painting lol. I went to a two year college for graphic design and I didn't have a lot of traditional art classes.

I used acrylic paint and colored pencils for the shadows. I'm going to continue to practice painting and just have fun with it.

Also wanted to share with you my new Hello Kitty Momiji doll that added to my Momiji collection. I was so excited when they made the announcement the Hello Kitty Momiji doll collection were now available in the US. It was so hard to decide which doll I wanted to purchase there all so cute! I choose Aya and she came with a free key chain.

Lastly, after months of doing TurboJam workout (which I still love) I decided to get TurboFire. TurboFire is a big step up from TurboJam the moves are a lot more quicker and the cardio are more intense and the music is fantastic! I really like Chaleane's workout programs because she make working out fun. Well that's all for now and I hope you a great weekend with lots of sunshine! :)

It's been awhile...

I know it's been a long time since I posted anything to my blog almost two months. I have been enjoying the summer, working on new projects, playing with my dog, taking an acrylic painting class, I'm still Turbojamming and I started an additional workout program called Revabs. Over the weekend I started playing around with my old Prismacolor pencils and decided to color my circus lion with them for fun and practice. I really enjoyed working with the color pencils so I'm definitely going to start using them on a regular basis now and incorporate them in my work. This will give me a chance to get away from computer and add some traditional pieces to my portfolio plus it's very relaxing.

Also I would like to say thank you for stopping by to visit  my blog and leaving sweet comments!! Enjoy the the summer! :)

Circus

I hope your week is going fantastic with lots of sunshine and beautiful weather. Sorry I haven't post anything new in the past few weeks. I've been a little busy with work plus I started a new workout program a few weeks ago called TurboJam and it's been taking some of my energy. I want to say thank you for all the sweet comments and stopping by to visit. I created these circus images a month or so ago and I decided to share them with you no particular project just for fun. Hopefully I will have some new illustration to show you soon plus I want to start back participating in Illustration Friday topics each week.

A Royal Fairytale

First I want to say thank you so much for all your nice comments from previous post!!! I really do appreciate the support! Also I wanted to let you know if you left me a comment and no longer see it on my blog it's because Blogger was having some technical difficulties around the end of last week and anything new that was added somehow it's gone but I did received them in my inbox. I hope your week is going fantastic! My week is going good a little cloudy, rainy and very breezy here in Atlanta. I received a few copies of my new book I recently illustrated for Piggy Toes Press called "William and Kate: A Royal Fairytale." It was a really fun and quick project. The book is a fairytale about William and Kate growing up and meeting each other.
